Meredith James I am just in the process of charging my new iphone power pack. It's effectively a battery pack that the iphone slides into and acts as a case. I will give up dates on its effectiveness. I would be interested to hear other peoples experiences so feel free to post a comment below.

Testing
Charging: To fully charge the battery it took 4hrs.
Settings: All push notifications are turned off.
First impressions: feels like a brick - may take some time getting used to the size.
12pm: iPhone is fully charged - iphone power pack is fully charged. Lets see how we go.
Update 27/1/10: a massive 36hrs later the external battery and iphone were both dead. I am so impressed. Re-charging again from scratch. Will see how we go round two.
